ArtisanoZen is a brand dedicated to reviving traditional craftsmanship through modern design. We offer artisanal products inspired by heritage crafts such as silk threading, incense art, embroidery, and bamboo weaving.
2. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, except for a few restricted countries. You can view the full shipping policy.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our processing time is 2–5 business days. Since each Huiwen bracelet is handwoven with care, custom orders require at least 7 days to prepare. Need it by a certain date? Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best: +852 6268 0205.
Shipping time depends on your location:
• Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
• Express Shipping: 6–8 business days
(Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.)
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order at any time on our website.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure and convenient payment methods, including:

6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of receipt. Please ensure that the item is unused and in original condition.You can find our full return policy.
However since each custom bracelet is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Please double-check your size and preferences before placing the order.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping for orders over $49.

9. Are your products handmade?
Yes, our products are handmade or partially handmade, preserving the authentic spirit of traditional craftsmanship.
10. Will I be charged sales tax at checkout?
No — we currently do not charge U.S. sales tax for orders shipped directly from China. All prices shown are final, with no additional tax collected at checkout.
11. Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Some of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order based on your specific preferences. Because of the attention to detail and customization involved, it may take 2-3 days to prepare your item before shipping. We appreciate your patient and understanding - it's our way ensuring you receive something truly special.
